Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with basic needs and provide comfort, guidance, and support during their visit.
- Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure) accurately.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment, including sanitizing equipment and preparing examination rooms.
- Stock and manage medical supplies, ensuring that necessary items are readily available.
- Assist nurses and doctors with patient examinations and minor procedures as directed.
- Support patient registration and record-keeping processes, ensuring confidentiality.
- Transport patients within the clinic, as needed, and assist with mobility.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and clinical staff, relaying information accurately.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and clinic policies and procedures.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.
