Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of examination rooms, waiting areas, and other clinic spaces.
- Sterilize and prepare medical equipment and instruments as per clinic protocols.
- Assist medical staff with minor procedures and patient examinations, under direct supervision.
- Manage and organize patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
- Monitor and restock medical supplies and clinic inventory.
- Provide basic patient comfort and support, ensuring a positive experience during their visit.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the clinic manager or medical staff.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
