Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of examination rooms, waiting areas, and other clinic spaces.
  • Sterilize and prepare medical equipment and instruments as per clinic protocols.
  • Assist medical staff with minor procedures and patient examinations, under direct supervision.
  • Manage and organize patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Handle phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Monitor and restock medical supplies and clinic inventory.
  • Provide basic patient comfort and support, ensuring a positive experience during their visit.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the clinic manager or medical staff.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently.
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, data entry).
