Job Description
Career.zycto is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Health Data Analyst to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This pivotal role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your analytical expertise to drive significant improvements in healthcare outcomes, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making within the dynamic UK healthcare landscape. As a Health Data Analyst, you will be instrumental in transforming complex healthcare data into actionable insights, providing critical support to our clients and internal teams.
You will be responsible for the full data lifecycle, from collection and cleaning to advanced analysis and reporting. This involves working with diverse datasets, including electronic health records (EHRs), patient demographics, clinical outcomes, financial data, and public health statistics. A key aspect of this role is identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement within these datasets, translating your findings into clear, compelling narratives and visualizations that resonate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your work will directly inform strategies aimed at enhancing patient care quality, optimizing resource allocation, and identifying areas for preventative health interventions.
Operating within a fast-paced, innovative environment, you will collaborate closely with clinical professionals, IT specialists, project managers, and other data scientists. This role requires not only strong technical proficiency in tools like SQL, Python/R, and leading Business Intelligence (BI) platforms but also an in-depth understanding of healthcare processes, regulations (such as GDPR), and data standards. The ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects, and adapt to evolving data challenges are crucial for success in this remote position. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about using data to make a tangible difference in healthcare, someone who thrives on problem-solving and continuous learning. If you are a proactive and detail-oriented analyst eager to contribute to meaningful health initiatives from anywhere in the UK, we encourage you to apply.
