Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, dressing, mobility, and feeding, always maintaining their dignity and respect.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support, engaging clients in meaningful conversations and activities.
  • Help with light household tasks, meal preparation, and grocery shopping to ensure a comfortable and safe living environment.
  • Administer medication as prescribed, strictly adhering to training and protocols (after relevant training and competency assessment).
  • Monitor and report any changes in clients' health, behavior, or well-being to senior staff promptly.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and daily logs.
  • Support clients in attending appointments and social activities, facilitating their participation in community life.
  • Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, policies, and procedures of Career.zycto.
  • Work collaboratively with other care professionals, clients' families, and external agencies to ensure holistic support.
