Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, dressing, mobility, and feeding, always maintaining their dignity and respect.
- Provide companionship and emotional support, engaging clients in meaningful conversations and activities.
- Help with light household tasks, meal preparation, and grocery shopping to ensure a comfortable and safe living environment.
- Administer medication as prescribed, strictly adhering to training and protocols (after relevant training and competency assessment).
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' health, behavior, or well-being to senior staff promptly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and daily logs.
- Support clients in attending appointments and social activities, facilitating their participation in community life.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, policies, and procedures of Career.zycto.
- Work collaboratively with other care professionals, clients' families, and external agencies to ensure holistic support.
