Key Responsibilities
- Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and front desk operations with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, ensuring all data entry is precise and up-to-date.
- Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and handle general inquiries, providing clear and helpful information.

- Process patient billing, insurance claims, and payment collections under supervision, ensuring accuracy.
- Ensure the reception area and office spaces are tidy, organized, and present a welcoming environment for patients.

- Adhere strictly to all healthcare regulations, policies, and privacy standards (e.g., PDPA).
- Support inventory management for office supplies and medical consumables, ensuring timely restocking.
