Key Responsibilities

  • Manage patient registration and appointment scheduling with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, addressing inquiries and directing patients appropriately.
  • Maintain and update patient medical records, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
  • Assist with billing and insurance claims processing, verifying patient information.
  • Prepare patient charts and necessary documentation for consultations and procedures.
  • Coordinate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient flow and operational efficiency.
  • Manage general office duties, including filing, scanning, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and supportive experience for all patients.
  • Adhere to all healthcare regulations and privacy policies (e.g., PDPA in Singapore).
  • Support administrative tasks for various departments as required.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
