  • Accurately collect, input, and maintain patient demographic and medical history data in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments, consultations, and admission dates.
  • Provide clear, concise, and empathetic communication to patients and their families regarding admission procedures, financial responsibilities, and facility policies.
  • Collaborate closely with clinical departments, physicians, and billing staff to ensure coordinated patient care.
  • Process patient discharges and manage follow-up appointments as required.
  • Handle patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism, directing them to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all patient privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and healthcare compliance standards.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a healthcare administrative or admissions role.
