Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support patients with mobility and transfers, using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Help with feeding patients, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe environment for patients.
- Monitor and report any changes in patients' condition or behavior to senior staff.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, fostering a sense of well-being.
- Assist with light administrative tasks, such as recording observations.
- Adhere strictly to hygiene, health, and safety regulations and protocols.
- Communicate effectively and respectfully with patients, families, and team members.
