Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents/patients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Support individuals with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
- Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes or concerns to the nursing staff.
- Assist with feeding and hydration, ensuring dietary requirements are met.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided and observations made.

Required Skills
