Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule patient/client appointments, consultations, and follow-up visits.
  • Manage and maintain accurate patient/client records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries, providing information and directing calls appropriately.
  • Facilitate communication between healthcare providers, patients/clients, and other relevant parties.
  • Prepare and process necessary documentation, forms, and reports.
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and medical materials, placing orders as needed.
  • Assist with onboarding new staff members and facilitating training sessions.
  • Uphold and promote all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities provided by the company.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and mail distribution.
