Your responsibilities will range from preparing consultation rooms and monitoring supplies to offering basic first aid assistance under supervision and providing a comforting presence to those in need. Key Responsibilities
- Assist the on-site nurse or doctor with daily tasks, including preparing examination rooms, sterilizing equipment, and organizing medical supplies.
- Provide basic first aid and emergency support under the direct supervision of qualified medical personnel.
- Monitor and maintain stock levels of medical supplies, ensuring availability and proper storage.
- Assist guests and staff with mobility and personal care needs as required, ensuring comfort and dignity.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of the medical facility, following established protocols.
- Accurately record and document patient information, observations, and care provided.
- Offer compassionate support and a calming presence to guests and staff experiencing illness or injury.
- Facilitate communication between patients, medical staff, and other resort departments.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, resort policies, and ethical guidelines.
- Support in administrative duties as necessary to ensure smooth operation of the medical facility.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a caregiving, support, or hospitality role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
- Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency response procedures.
- Exceptional empathy, patience, and a caring attitude.
