Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily personal care activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Support patients with feeding and hydration, ensuring dietary requirements are met.
- Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes or concerns to the nursing staff or relevant supervisor.
- Help with light household duties to maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Provide emotional support and companionship, engaging patients in stimulating activities.
- Assist with medication reminders as per care plans and under supervision.
- Accurately document care provided and patient observations.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols, infection control guidelines, and company policies.
- Collaborate effectively with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Support patients in attending appointments or community activities where necessary.
