Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility, while respecting their privacy and dignity.
- Support individuals with their daily living activities, promoting self-care and fostering independence whenever possible.
- Monitor and accurately record vital signs, observing for any significant changes in patient condition and promptly reporting concerns to senior nursing staff or supervisors.
- Aid with feeding and hydration, ensuring strict adherence to dietary requirements, preferences, and any swallowing precautions.
