Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, while respecting their dignity and privacy.
- Provide support with mobility, transfers, and exercises as outlined in individual care plans.
- Administer medication reminders and assist with self-administration where appropriate.
- Prepare meals, assist with feeding, and ensure clients receive adequate nutrition and hydration.
