As a Hedge Fund Manager, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of investment management, from macro-economic analysis and sector-specific research to portfolio construction, execution, and ongoing performance monitoring. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement proprietary hedge fund strategies across diverse asset classes, including equities, fixed income, commodities, and derivatives.
- Conduct in-depth macroeconomic, sector-specific, and company-level research to identify compelling investment opportunities.
- Construct and manage multi-asset portfolios, ensuring optimal diversification and adherence to risk parameters.
- Perform rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis to evaluate potential investments and manage existing positions.
- Monitor global financial markets, geopolitical developments, and regulatory changes to assess their impact on portfolio performance.
- Execute trades efficiently and effectively, leveraging advanced trading platforms and market access.
- Continuously assess and manage portfolio risk using sophisticated models and stress testing.
- Present investment performance, strategy updates, and market outlooks to senior management and, when applicable, clients.
- Mentor and guide junior investment professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.

Required Skills
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in investment management, with at least 5 years specifically in hedge fund management or a similar capacity.

- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and statistical analysis.
