Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues via phone, email, and in-person.
- Log, track, and manage all support requests using our ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution or escalation.
- Diagnose and resolve common desktop, laptop, printer, and mobile device problems.
- Assist users with account setups, password resets, and access permissions.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications.
- Provide clear, concise, and user-friendly instructions to non-technical users.
- Document technical procedures, troubleshooting steps, and user guides.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on more complex issues and projects.
- Monitor system performance and escalate critical alerts as necessary.
- Contribute to maintaining a secure and reliable IT environment.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a help desk or IT support role (minimum 1 year).
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
