Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to internal users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Log, categorize, and prioritize incoming support requests and incidents using our ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist with user account management, including password resets and access provisioning.
- Document solutions, procedures, and knowledge base articles to improve support efficiency.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior IT technicians.
- Assist with the setup and configuration of new workstations and peripherals.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance technical skills.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication.
- Perform routine system checks and preventative maintenance tasks as guided.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11)
- Familiarity with common office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- High level of initiative and a strong desire to learn new technologies
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of network concepts (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi)

- CompTIA A+ or ITIL Foundation certification (or willingness to obtain)
