Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support and resolve IT issues for users via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Log, prioritize, and manage support requests using a ticketing system.
  • Assist with troubleshooting hardware (desktops, laptops, printers) and software problems.
  • Perform user account management (password resets, account creation/deletion).
  • Install, configure, and update software applications.
  • Provide basic network troubleshooting and connectivity support.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of all support activities and resolutions.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of IT knowledge base articles.
  • Learn and adhere to IT policies and procedures.
