Key Responsibilities

  • Provide initial technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and diagnostic tests to identify the root cause of problems.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior IT staff and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
  • Document all support requests, resolutions, and relevant information accurately in the ticketing system.
  • Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of workstations, peripherals, and software applications.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of IT knowledge base articles and user guides.
  • Learn and adhere to IT policies, procedures, and security best practices.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Assist with IT inventory management and asset tracking as needed.

Required Skills

  • Basic proficiency with Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11) and Microsoft Office Suite.
