Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic goals.
- Support the FP&A team in generating monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and in-depth analyses for various stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to aid in strategic planning, scenario analysis, and informed decision-making.
- Conduct thorough variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast) and provide insightful commentary on key performance indicators and drivers.
- Collaborate effectively with various departments to gather essential financial data and understand underlying business drivers and assumptions.
- Prepare clear and concise presentations summarizing financial results, key insights, and recommendations for senior management.
- Identify and investigate financial trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement or cost efficiencies.
- Contribute actively to process improvements within the finance function to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and reporting capabilities.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all financial reporting and analysis activities, adhering to best practices and internal controls.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, financial modelling)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail

- Solid understanding of financial principles, accounting concepts, and corporate finance
