Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts, working closely with various departments.
- Conduct variance analysis, identifying key drivers and providing explanations for deviations from budget/forecast.
- Support the development and maintenance of financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for management review.
- Analyze financial performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Reconcile financial data across various systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with accounting and operational teams to gather necessary data and insights.
- Participate in ad-hoc financial analysis projects and initiatives as required.
- Continuously seek to improve reporting processes and analytical tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (1.5+ years) in a finance or analytical role, preferably within FP&A.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data visualization).
- Solid understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
