Key Responsibilities

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the FP&A function and implement best practices.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all financial reporting and analysis activities.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in financial modelling and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros, Power Query).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote setting.
- Prior experience with financial planning and analysis software (e.g., SAP BPC, Oracle Hyperion, Adaptive Insights).
Preferred Qualifications
- Part-qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or actively pursuing a relevant professional finance qualification.
