Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely financial forecasts, budgets, and long-range strategic plans.
- Conduct variance analysis, comparing actual results to budget and forecast, and provide insightful commentary on key drivers.
- Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles, ensuring data integrity and adherence to deadlines.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support various business initiatives and strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and understand business drivers.
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management, outlining financial performance, trends, and recommendations.

Required Skills
- Proven experience in an FP&A, finance analyst, or similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, financial modeling).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with an ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
