Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Home-Based FP&A Assistant to join our growing finance team. Key Responsibilities

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for management.

- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports.

Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
- Solid understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a home-based environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with financial planning software (e.g., Anaplan, Hyperion, Adaptive Insights).
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Progress towards a professional finance qualification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, CFA).
