Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts.
- Conduct detailed variance analysis between actual results and budget/forecasts, providing insightful commentary.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Prepare regular financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for management and clients.
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and ensure accuracy.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of FP&A processes and tools.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an FP&A or similar analytical finance role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, financial modeling).
- Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
