Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and cost-benefit analysis.
- Develop and maintain robust financial models to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, engaging presentations, and insightful dashboards for management and stakeholders.
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes with comprehensive financial data consolidation and analysis.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor financial performance rigorously against established targets.
- Collaborate effectively with various departments to gather essential financial data and ensure its accuracy and consistency.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the FP&A function.

Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, financial modeling).
- Solid understanding of financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
