Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts.
- Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and ad-hoc financial modeling.
- Maintain and enhance financial models and dashboards to support business performance tracking.

Required Skills
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in a finance or analytical role, preferably within FP&A.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, data modeling).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Solid understanding of financial principles, accounting concepts, and budgeting processes.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for presenting financial data.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

- CIMA/ACCA/ACA Part-Qualified or actively pursuing a relevant professional qualification.
