Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making.
- Perform variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast) and provide insightful commentary on key drivers.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
- Support the finance team in data gathering, analysis, and presentation for various business units.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for financial processes and reporting tools.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to gather information and ensure alignment on financial objectives.
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of financial data within various systems.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 2+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, corporate finance, or a similar analytical role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, financial modeling).
- Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and corporate finance concepts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
