Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and consolidation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and performance reporting.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes by providing relevant financial data and insights.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Identify and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business performance.
- Research and analyze industry trends and competitor data to provide relevant benchmarks.
- Assist in ad-hoc financial projects and analyses as required.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Solid understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
