Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis against budget and prior periods, identifying key drivers and trends.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making and business scenarios.
- Prepare and present accurate and insightful financial reports for internal stakeholders, including senior management.
- Support the FP&A team in ad-hoc analysis, special projects, and data compilation requests.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights into business performance.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and ensure alignment of financial objectives.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (2+ years) in a Financial Planning & Analysis, Management Accounting, or similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, financial modeling, macros).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
