  • Manage and maintain Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and other core infrastructure services.
  • Respond to and resolve escalated service requests and incidents in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to defined SLAs.
  • Participate in infrastructure projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new system deployments.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of IT systems, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to implement and enforce security policies and best practices.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior IT staff and end-users on infrastructure-related queries.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in administering Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022) and Active Directory.
  • Strong experience with virtualisation technologies (VMware ESXi, vSphere).
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, routing, firewalls).
  • Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, Azure AD).
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues systematically and effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for a remote role.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework principles.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE, CompTIA Network+, CCNA, ITIL Foundation).
  • Experience with Linux operating systems.
  • Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation.
  • Understanding of storage area networks (SAN) and network-attached storage (NAS).
  • Experience working in a global enterprise environment.
  • BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
