Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyse, and report on key operational metrics for all home-based learning programmes, identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor the performance and usage of learning platforms and tools, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide clear visibility into operational health and programme effectiveness.
- Collaborate with learning designers, instructors, and IT support to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues related to remote learning delivery.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and scalability of home-based learning operations.
- Support the onboarding and training of new remote instructors on operational procedures and learning technology.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on learning materials and platform configurations to ensure consistency and adherence to standards.
- Act as a point of contact for complex operational queries from learners and internal stakeholders, escalating as necessary.
- Contribute to the development and documentation of operational policies and best practices for remote learning.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in remote education and operations analysis.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (2+ years) in an operations analyst or similar analytical role, preferably within an education technology or e-learning environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Google Sheets) and experience with reporting/dashboarding tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent understanding of learning management systems (LMS) and virtual learning environments (VLEs).
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote work setting.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Education Technology, or a related field.
