Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality, engaging, and curriculum-aligned lesson plans for various subjects and key stages (e.g., KS2, KS3, GCSE, A-Level).
- Research and integrate effective pedagogical strategies, learning theories, and differentiation techniques into lesson materials.
- Create supplementary educational resources, including worksheets, assessments, activities, and digital tools.
- Ensure all content is accurate, up-to-date, and meets the specific learning objectives for each topic.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, tutors, and the educational team to refine and improve lesson content.
- Review and provide constructive feedback on existing lesson plans for continuous improvement.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently in a remote working environment.
- Maintain an understanding of current educational trends, curriculum changes, and best practices in online learning.

Required Skills
