Job Description

Are you a highly analytical, technically astute, and client-focused individual passionate about delivering impactful software solutions? Mobysoft is seeking a talented and self-motivated Home-Based Software Solutions Partner to join our growing team. In this pivotal remote role, you will act as a bridge between our cutting-edge software products and our valued social housing clients. You will be responsible for understanding complex client challenges, meticulously analysing their existing systems and workflows, and then expertly demonstrating how Mobysoft’s solutions can integrate seamlessly to drive efficiency, improve outcomes, and achieve strategic objectives.

This isn’t just about sales; it’s about deeply understanding customer needs, providing expert technical guidance, and forging lasting partnerships built on trust and mutual success. You will work independently from your home base, collaborating virtually with internal teams (product, development, sales, customer success) and engaging directly with clients through virtual meetings, presentations, and workshops. Your ability to translate technical features into tangible business benefits, coupled with strong problem-solving skills, will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of client needs, existing technical infrastructure, and business processes to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
  • Design, propose, and present tailored software solutions demonstrations to prospective and existing clients, articulating value propositions clearly and concisely.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams during the pre-sales cycle, providing technical expertise and solution design support.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Mobysoft products, staying updated on new features, integrations, and best practices.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, development, and customer success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing solution optimization.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Contribute to the creation of technical documentation, case studies, and solution playbooks.
  • Provide feedback from the field to product development teams to inform future product enhancements.
  • Actively participate in internal training sessions and professional development to maintain a high level of expertise.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in a solutions engineering, technical consultant, pre-sales, or similar client-facing technical role within a software company.
  • Strong understanding of software integration principles, APIs, and data migration strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to dissect complex challenges and propose effective solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom).
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with clients in the social housing, public sector, or local government domains.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certification in relevant technical areas or project management.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools or business intelligence platforms.
