Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Home-Based Strategic Implementation Officer to join our dynamic team, operating from the Chapel Allerton, Leeds area. Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive strategic implementation plans aligned with client objectives and BJSS methodologies.
- Lead and oversee the execution of strategic projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget adherence.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., consulting, engineering, data) and client stakeholders to facilitate smooth project progression and overcome impediments.
- Monitor project performance rigorously, identify potential risks and issues, and implement effective, proactive mitigation strategies.
- Provide regular, transparent reports and updates on project status, progress, and outcomes to senior management and clients.
- Champion and embed best practices in project management, change management, and strategic execution across all engagements.
- Conduct thorough post-implementation reviews to assess success metrics, gather lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Act as a key liaison between strategic planning teams and operational delivery teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and client-centric delivery within your project teams.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of new service offerings, methodologies, and thought leadership within BJSS.
Required Skills
- Demonstrable experience (minimum 5 years) in strategic planning, project management, and implementation.
- Strong understanding of various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to translate complex strategic goals into practical, executable plans with clear deliverables.
