Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Home-Based Transformation Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role will support various strategic transformation initiatives across Experian’s UK operations, focusing on enhancing efficiency, streamlining processes, and ensuring successful project delivery from conception through to implementation. As a Home-Based Transformation Coordinator, you will play a crucial part in orchestrating change, working closely with project managers, department leads, and cross-functional teams to monitor progress, manage documentation, and facilitate communication. Your ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and proactively identify potential roadblocks will be essential to your success. Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of transformation projects across various business units.
- Coordinate and schedule virtual and in-person project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagement sessions, including preparing agendas and distributing minutes.
- Maintain comprehensive digital project documentation, including project plans, risk registers, decision logs, and status reports.
- Track project progress against timelines and milestones, highlighting potential delays or issues to project leads proactively.
- Facilitate clear and concise communication between project teams, stakeholders, and senior management to ensure alignment and transparency, especially in a remote context.
- Assist in the development and virtual delivery of change management communications and training materials.
- Support the identification and resolution of project dependencies, risks, and issues, escalating as necessary.
- Organise and manage project resources, ensuring efficient allocation and utilisation within budget and scope.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Transformation Office, enhancing processes and methodologies.
- Act as a central point of contact for project-related queries and information dissemination, maintaining a professional and responsive approach.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a project coordination, project support, or administrative role within a complex organisational environment.
- Exceptional organisational skills with keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook) and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with diverse stakeholders across all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, exhibiting strong self-motivation and discipline.
- Proactive problem-solver with a strong ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- A degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Certification in project management methodology (e.g., PRINCE2 Foundation, PMP, Agile ScrumMaster).
- Experience working in a financial services or data-driven industry, understanding regulatory environments.
- Familiarity with change management principles and methodologies (e.g., ADKAR).
