Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
- Provide light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, tidying living areas, and kitchen cleanup.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals, ensuring dietary restrictions are followed.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities like reading, conversation, or hobbies.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper techniques and equipment when necessary.
- Remind clients to take medications as prescribed (medication reminders only, not administration).
- Run essential errands, such as grocery shopping or picking up prescriptions.
- Document care provided and report any changes in the client's condition to the supervisory team.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment for clients.
Required Skills
