Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
  • Support clients with medication reminders and administration, as per care plan and training.
  • Help with light household duties such as meal preparation, tidying, and laundry.
  • Provide companionship, engaging clients in conversation, hobbies, and activities.
  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and exercises, ensuring client safety and comfort.
  • Accompany clients to appointments, social outings, or for grocery shopping.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in client condition or concerns.
  • Adhere strictly to care plans, policies, and procedures to ensure high standards of care.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the care team.
