Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred care, assisting clients with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
- Administer medication according to care plans and training guidelines, maintaining accurate records.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding, ensuring dietary requirements are met.
- Perform light household tasks, including tidying, laundry, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Offer companionship and emotional support, engaging clients in conversation and activities.
- Assist clients with errands, appointments, and social outings, facilitating community engagement.
- Monitor and record clients' health and well-being, reporting any changes or concerns to the care manager.
- Maintain accurate and timely care records and contribute to the review and updating of care plans.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively and empathetically with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
Required Skills
