Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred care, including assistance with personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming.
- Support clients with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure comfort and safety.
- Administer medication as per care plans and company policy, maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and ensure adequate hydration.
- Perform light household duties, ensuring a clean and tidy living environment.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities.
- Monitor and report any changes in a client's health, behaviour, or well-being.
- Maintain accurate and confidential care records.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the care team.

Preferred Qualifications
