Key Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Assist clients with mobility and transfers, using proper techniques and equipment as needed.
  • Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding, ensuring dietary restrictions are observed.
  • Perform light household duties such as tidying, laundry, and maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
  • Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities like reading, conversation, or hobbies.
  • Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or social outings as required.
  • Monitor and report any changes in the client's health, behavior, or living conditions to the appropriate supervisor.
  • Administer medication reminders as per care plan (non-invasive).
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided and client observations.
