Key Responsibilities
- Perform general garden maintenance tasks including planting, weeding, watering, mulching, and fertilizing.
- Prune and trim shrubs, hedges, and small trees to maintain shape and promote healthy growth.
- Prepare garden beds for planting, ensuring optimal soil conditions for various plant species.
- Monitor plants for signs of pests or diseases and implement appropriate, environmentally friendly solutions.
- Assist with the installation of new plants, flowers, and landscaping features.
- Maintain gardening tools and equipment, ensuring they are clean, sharp, and in good working order.
