As a Home Support Worker, you will be the backbone of our clients’ daily routines, providing essential practical and emotional support. Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred care, assisting clients with daily living activities including personal care (washing, dressing, grooming).
- Assist with medication prompting and management as per individual care plans.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals, considering dietary requirements and preferences.
- Perform light household duties, ensuring a clean and safe living environment.
- Offer companionship, engage in meaningful conversations, and support social activities.
- Monitor and accurately record changes in clients' physical or mental health, reporting concerns to the care team.
