Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily administrative operations of the hospital or clinic, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Develop, implement, and monitor administrative policies and procedures to enhance workflow and service quality.
- Manage human resources functions for administrative staff, including recruitment, training, performance reviews, and team development.
- Monitor and manage departmental budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and identifying areas for cost optimisation.
- Ensure strict adherence to all relevant healthcare regulations, policies, and quality standards (e.g., CQC guidelines).
- Coordinate with clinical staff and department heads to ensure seamless interdepartmental communication and patient flow.
- Handle patient inquiries, feedback, and complaints effectively and professionally, ensuring high levels of patient satisfaction.
- Oversee facility management, including maintenance, supplies, and equipment procurement.
