Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate night shift nursing and care staff, ensuring optimal patient care delivery.
  • Oversee patient admissions, discharges, and transfers, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth transitions.
  • Respond to and manage emergency situations promptly and effectively, adhering to hospital protocols.
