Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage patient registration processes, including data entry and verification of personal and insurance information.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments, optimizing clinic flow and managing waiting lists.
  • Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and address patient inquiries with accuracy and empathy.
  • Provide clear instructions and information to patients regarding their appointments, procedures, and hospital services.
