Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Support patients with feeding, ensuring dietary requirements are met and maintaining hydration.
- Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes or concerns to nursing staff.
- Help maintain a clean, tidy, and safe environment for patients.
- Assist with patient transfers and repositioning to ensure comfort and prevent pressure sores.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, promoting their well-being.
- Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and the wider healthcare team.
- Escort patients to various departments within the hospital as required.
- Adhere strictly to all hospital policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
