Key Responsibilities
- Manage patient admissions, transfers, and discharges, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance.
- Coordinate appointments, tests, and procedures for patients, liaising with various hospital departments and external providers.
- Maintain and update patient charts and electronic health records (EHR) with precision and strict confidentiality.
- Answer telephones, direct calls, and take detailed messages for medical staff, patients, and their families, providing excellent service.

- Facilitate clear and timely communication between nursing staff, physicians, other departments, patients, and external contacts.

- Adhere strictly to all hospital policies, procedures, and patient confidentiality (data protection) guidelines at all times.
