Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting and assisting guests with inquiries and requests, ensuring a welcoming and hospitable environment.
  • Supporting event coordination and execution, including room setup, service assistance, and efficient takedown for various functions.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as maintaining guest records, managing communications, and performing data entry.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in common areas, ensuring high standards of presentation and hygiene.
  • Handling incoming calls and correspondence professionally and efficiently, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Monitoring inventory of supplies, identifying restocking needs, and assisting with procurement procedures.
  • Collaborating effectively with team members across departments to ensure smooth daily operations and maximize guest satisfaction.
  • Learning and adhering strictly to all company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards.
  • Proactively identifying and resolving minor issues or guest concerns to enhance the overall service experience.
