Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests and visitors warmly, providing assistance and information as needed.
- Assist with check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations and guest records accurately.
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails, addressing inquiries and directing calls appropriately.
- Support event coordination and setup, including arranging seating, supplies, and refreshments.

- Process payments and manage petty cash or transaction records.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report preparation.
